Recycling at Milford pre-School

Milford pre-School have learnt about recycling and its importance in a short space of time. From recycling nothing, the school has moved to educating children about the need to recycle (see photo below) and practising what it preaches. A huge range of materials and products are collected and recycled - from paper to bottle tops; from plastic food pouches to computers and peripherals. It's not only the children who are involved either: parents hear information from their children and requests to collect certain products are sent out. The Pre-School is currently collecting 4 pint plastic milk bottled with which they hope to construct an igloo!
