RSPB Schools Birdwatch at Brockenhurst

Brockenhurst Pre-School are taking part in RSPB Schools' Birdwatch both on their own site and in the garden of a helpful neighbour's house. The neighbour manages to keep the larger birds out. The children have seen lots of pigeons and jackdaws, but also a nuthatch! They report seeing wagtails and one long tailed tit. This is unusual because long tailed tits usually go round in small flocks.
